1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. License & Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your internal farm operations. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

3. User Data
By connecting third-party data sources (e.g., John Deere Operations Center), you authorize us to access and process that data to provide the App’s features, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Interfering with or attempting unauthorized access to the App.

• Uploading malicious code or violating laws.

• Using the App to develop a competing product.

5. Informational Purposes Only
App recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute agronomic, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for on-farm decisions.

6. Intellectual Property
The App and Site are owned by The Farm Hand L.L.C. and protected by law.

7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Farm Hand L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, U.S.A.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
